Tahini Cookies

It has been a while since I followed through with actually writing a recipe to match my photos and kitchen creations, so here it is - looking all pretty with a Canva template.

On a nutritional side note - Tahini is high in calcium and cashews are packed with magnesium, with that combination they would make a great snack in the evening to calm the nervous system down so we can sleep!

Just the right little snack you need with your herbal cuppa!
